LIVE TRANSPORT
Innovaqua is highly experienced in designing and manufacturing tanks for live transport for fish, shellfish and crustaceans.
Our SPEED line introduces a wide range of isothermal containers from 70 to 1.200 liters capacity, easy to load with small trucks, station wagons or pick up.
The containers are made of certified plastic material for alimentary purposes, isothermal to keep a suitable temperature.
On request they can be supplied with an automatic temperature control with titanium exchanger.
On request can be supplied with one or two liquid oxygen bottles, placed in different positions, side or top.
Different options for the live transport tanks are available to better suit your requirements: cover with silicon sealing, cover with transparent window, watertight sealing, knife gate valves.
Strong sintered stainless steel AISI 316L diffuser, performing highest oxygen dissolution rate compared to other diffusers can be installed on request.
Pressure and flow meters for any oxygen bottles can be also equipped
An automatic model to dissolve oxygen in the tank during transport is also available. This technology matches oxygen consumption on route and also ensures the correct dissolution level. The monitoring is made possible with a covered seal.
An INNovaqua control feed at 12V, dissolved oxygen is monitored and regulated through a sturdy probe installed inside the tank. It is possible to connect an alarm in the driver cabin to alarm about any anomaly of the oxygen level on route.
