Skim is mechanically operated, by forming and removing foam from the systems eliminates a huge quantity of micro particles, suspended solids, bacteria and also some Virus elements.

INNOVAQUA offers all required support for the correct installation of the SKIM.

Foam is liquefied with no need of water spray (patented) by  aspirated centrifugal,  high density foam in big quantity is removed

It is possible to  change the foam density  positioning the coupel up or down,  the liquid discharge  can be concentrated  from 2 l/h up to 4 m3/h

.

The water level is to be kept fix (98 +/-2 cm), it is recommended to verify on each installation  the best application , inside a tank with fix  level or  just installing a floating system.

SKIM WITH AUTOMATIC CONTROL

- The water consumption of the system is minimized by a precise control on foam removal.

 

- It make possible to program the operations of the system.

 

- Can be applied on any standard model of SKIM.

 

- The foam condensation is adjusted through automatic lift to move the cupel up or down by a linear actuator operated from a PLC included in the electric control panel.

 

- On manual configuration, from the control panel the operator can move the cupel directly upward or downward. It is possible to detect and adjust the required level to maximize at anytime the foam condensation.

- Easy to handle, simple to operate for plenty of applications.

 

The system Protos is based on the removal process A.G.I.F. (aspirated gas injection flotation). Air/gas is aspirated and injected in the form of micro bubbles directly into the liquid to be treated and dissolved by turbulence, micro bubbles duly activated, attract solids or insoluble particles, organic or inorganic mater, grease, colloids... and causing them to float and be removed.

 

Foam is liquified with an aspirated centrifuge, no need for water spray, so that concentrated waste is removed together with above mentioned matters.

 

It is possible to inject liquid gases to saturation or induction, as oxygen, ozone, carbon dioxide, surfactants, flocculants.

Supplied complete with Venturi pump...for the best mixing air/water.

.

Reaction cylinder with 200 mm diameter. Cone shaped to enhance foam production.

Water inlet and water outlet are sized to keep a longer retention time of the bubbles without counter flow.

 

To be pump water operated Skimmer need an additional pump with capacity from 2.000 to 4.000 litres per hour.
