Vibration Feeder

Screw feeder with spreading

 

Automatic feeders at 24 volt. Spread accurately the feed on the surface of cultivation.

- There are two versions depending on the size of the feed: up to 7 mm and 8-17 mm (used on turbot farm).

- System is based on a spiral of stainless steel that drag the feed from the bottom of the hopper to a rotating plate which is capable of launching up to 10m.

- These feeders can be provided without the spreading plate, dropping the feed at the end of the screw. This system is very suitable for small tanks.

- The speed of the spiral and the rotation of the plate are adjustable. Easy regulation of quantity of food and distance of spreading.

- Hoppers manufactured in green PE, resistant in marine environment.

SOFTWARE AND FEEDING MONITOR

 

The working operation can be regulated with SOFTWARE INNOVAQUA, combining it with various auto-demand sensors available or with FEEDING MONITOR.

The FEEDING MONITOR is a panel box for timed feeders of the vibrator type.

Can be connected directly to the electricity (220 V), or a battery (12 V).

Each Monitor can connect 3 feeders, and through extensions the number may extend to 10 or 24 teams that would work simultaneously.

You can adjust the parameters of power with the following variables:
1 feeding time (1-99 seconds)
2 intervals of feeding (1 - 99 seconds)
3 manual feedings.


- It can be completed with a standard timer for an appropriate supervision of day-night feeding operation.

Autodemand System INNOVAQUA

 

The exclusive system of auto-demand feeding of INNOVAQUA is based on a FEEDING MONITOR able to detect the feed demand of the fish through different types of sensors (pendulum, infrared, stretching,…) and, according to various parameters introduced by the user, providing the proper dose of food through electrical feeders. Different combinations of sensor and available feeders permit the system to be applied to a wide range of types of cultivation and research centers.

 

There are several configurations of monitoring panels according to the different power supplies input voltage (220 BC, 24 BC, 24 DC, 12 DC) and the type of feeders.

 

The system can be complimented with MIRANDA SOFTWARE, which provides centralized control of systems and additional information about feeding and nutritional behaviours of the fish (storage of data, charts, alarms…).

The benefits of this system are extremely important:

 

- Reduction of man hours on feeding: you need only to load feeders and monitor its correct working.


- Improvement in the rate of conversion (FCR): only uses the food demanded by fish, eliminating the danger of the overfeeding on the bottom.

 

- Reduces the stress of the fish: the fish are fed only if they are hungry and the competition is reduced.

 

- Reduces the dispersion: the fish are fed at will; when the most aggressive ones have eaten, the rest can continue accessing food.

 

- In certain circumstances, it has shown that it prevents the appearance of the disease in the winter (winter disease) by allowing an optimal distribution of medication to all of the individuals within the pond culture.

 

- Improves growth and reduces mortality: is the logical consequence of a better quality of the environment and reducing stress.

 

- Reduces feed stock and logistic costs: reducing the FCR, less volume of feed stock is required and less loads of feeders.

Software MIRANDA

 

The Integral System of Aquaculture Parameters Control (ISAPC), developed by INNOVAQUA, has as main objective to provide a resistant and easy working tool for the farmers, permitting the supervision, control and monitoring of all key parameters and elements of their farm.

 

The ISAPC is the only software for Automated Control in the market that provides:

 

   - Auto-demand Feeding System developed by INNOVAQUA for feeding management.

 

   - Automated  live food supply management system developed by INNOVAQUA (rotifers, micro-algae and artemia)

 

ISAPC is an open system adaptable to any fish farm that thanks to the tool`s versatility and the aquaculture experience of INNOVAQUA staff, is perfect for any specific situation to achieve efficient targets.

 

ISAPC is distributed in two levels. A first level consists in Feeding Monitors and Sensors. Both drivers and monitors are autonomous and each can work independently of the others. This architecture system increases the robustness of the system against generalized failures, minimizing the risk of accidents and losses.

 

The second level is a computer system consisting of a single computer connected to the drivers via cable, optical cable or radio (communications network) where the entire facility is monitored.
