Monitoring and/or Control of Parameters

 

In aquaculture industry, it is necessary for the monitoring and control of various parameters to ensure optimal water conditions for fish cultivation. The parameters in water to be monitored are mainly:

 

- Oxygen
- pH
- ORP Conductivity
- Salinity

 

To find and check these parameters, normally we use a series of controllers and probes.

To maintain the appropriate levels of these parameters, we use specific equipment and systems for dosing in the water appropriate substance for this purpose. This equipment includes:

 

- Aerators.
- Main Cabinet for automatic or manual dosing with solenoid on/off valves or proportional.
- Dosing pumps.
- Ozone generators.

The oxygen controller and probe INNOVAQUA are developed for monitoring and automatic control of dissolved oxygen in farm tanks. They have been specially designed and constructed for use in aquaculture, being very robust and easy to install and maintain.

Control Panel for oxygen dosage, manufactured and designed according to customer needs.

 

Made of plastic and stainless steel with different gradations with valves and connecting elements completely degreased.

 

Panel with manual adjustment through electro-valves or automatic control through solenoid on/off valves or proportional measurement equipment connected to the PID control or analogy outputs proportional to the oxygen reading.

 

Configurable for single output or multiple outputs, with quick plug connections.

 

Incorporated with minimum flow-meter to ensure that, in case of failure of the valves, there is an emergency oxygen dosage.

SOFTWARE SCADA MIRANDA

 

The aim of the Integrated Control System for Acquaculture MIRANDA developed by Innovaqua is to provide producers a reliable and rugged tool to monitor and control, in real time, all the essential parameters of the facility. This can be done locally or via Internet.

 

MIRANDA is the unique software that integrates:

 

- Parameter control and monitoring.

 

- Automatic self feeding system, developed by Innovaqua.

 

- Automatic live feed system, developed by Innovaqua, to manage microalgae, rotifer and artemia.

 

MIRANDA is an open and flexible system that can be adapted to plants of different sizes. Taking advantage of the years of experience in acquaculture, it can be optimized to every particular facility, in order to minimize costs for our customers.

 

MIRANDA is designed with two levels:

- The first one is composed by field equipment: PLCs and/or controllers, specific probes for different parameters (oxygen, temperature, appetite etc.) and actuators (feeders, bombs, valves etc. ) to maintain the levels of the parameters within the desired values.

 

- The second is the software that collects data from the field equipment to register it. This allows remote management and subsequent analysis.

- Color based synoptic for easy reading.

 

- Graphic representation of the historical data.
